Esorfranki is committed to conducting healthy business practices with honesty and integrity in line with the Code of Conduct and general business and personal ethics, which will not only ensure a stable employment environment but also the continued future success of the group. For this reason Esorfranki has subscribed to a service that will enable all stakeholders, but more specifically any employee of the group, to anonymously report on acts of dishonesty/acts in contravention of the Code of Conduct.

Tip-offs Anonymous®, involves the professional services firm of Deloitte & Touche and is therefore completely independent of Esorfranki Limited. Users of the service can therefore be guaranteed of complete anonymity.

How does it work?

• Anyone can contact Tip-offs Anonymous® by using Esorfranki’s dedicated FreeCall 0800 telephone number, e-mail or the generic FreePost and FreeFax facilities (see below).
• Trained operators will respond to calls in English, Afrikaans, Zulu, Sotho or Xhosa, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
• Operators will interview callers, probing for specific facts so as to record as much information and understand things as clearly as possible.
• The information will then be analysed and forwarded to designated senior officials of the company who will decide on corrective action to be taken.
• The Tip-off report will never reveal the caller’s identity or even gender (unless the caller chooses his/her identity to be made known to the company).
