The Shearwater group of companies was acquired in November 2008 and introduced new sustainable revenue streams for the group by expanding services from sub-surface foundation work to include above-surface civil engineering. The businesses were renamed during 2009 to reflect the single vision and shared values of all companies in the Esorfranki group.
